lol i dont mind.. Deff grab a vortex bowl they help out a lot!! But the co cos are cooked like regular like half of one side and then i flip for about 4 min. another exercise you can do is to take beep breaths and rise you chest when inhaling then take some nice hits , yoga breaths help to,always have liquid to keep you mouth moist to.. i also haven't ran into any fantasia ace of spaids and i really want to try it! lol

Alright i let the water only cover up to about no more then 3" past the stem, Then depending on what wind cover you use and shisha, you can use about three co co's,Oh and add ice to your base it will enhance the clouds like a beotch. Let the coals sit for maybe a minit or two, longer if you wish and then toke until it at your needs, and if it gets to harsh just take wind cover off or take a co co off for a bit. Another thing you could do is use 2 co cos and half of a quick light, or cut a co co in half that works too..let me know if this helps.
