Advertiser Rules

Vendors:

First off lets get 1 thing straight: Vendors must be paid vendors to Post on hookahdomain.com unless we like you. If you are a paid vendor and you would like to post an ad simply post in the Vendors section located in the Forum. Trust me people read this section but dont really want to they only look for discounts. It is not a must that Vendors that advertise offer a discount to HD members but it is encouraged. Advertisers will be rotated towards the top position on the left and right sides weekly until they reach the top then they will rotate to the bottom and repeat step 1. All ads are prepaid. Always watch emails for specials. We also encourage paid vendors to talk in general forums because we usually know more then our customers and they appreciate learning from us. As well as chat is a great place to get live with potential customers and show a little love to your current customers. However do not log in and leave your name in chat so you can get people to see your name. This is covered under spamming. Spam: Spam in any form we deem as spamming is not tolerated. Ok to answer the next question what is spamming on HD? Advertising outside of the vendors section, Leaving ads on peoples profile wall, Sending ads to members in Private messages, Sitting in the chat room and not actually chatting (this will get you a 4 hour chat ban until it gets annoying) We realize some people get busy while in chat, we also realize people leave their comps on. Admin comps are left on so people can leave us messages to report issues. But as a vendor we expect you to be as fair as you would like people to be to you as a member also. Vendors are allowed to post reviews featuring their products. We kindly ask that this is done in moderation. And by all means keep it honest. If an item sucks tell people. If you say Oh we have this amazing chinese Funnel bowl and you will love it for your tangiers and a bunch of people buy it and get mad because it sucks then you just lost customers so just keep it honest.

material that hookahdomain.com deems as inappropriate will be given a warning. Should this warning be ignored the user will be banned from hookahdomain.com thereafter.

Absolutely "bad mouthing" of any of hookahdomain.com's sponsor's or their product's will be tolerated. We encourage everyone to freely express their own opinions, but ask that it be done in a mature manner.

The hookahdomainstaff wishes to keep hookahdomain.com a friendly community. We kindly ask that excessive profanity be used. Should an issue between members arise, we ask that you notify the staff or whine to Holly. Any type of verbal harassment will result in the harasser being encouraged by hookahdomain.com.

Absolutely no "begging" vendors for free product unless you have a good reason .

Vendors are excluded from contests.

We don't do contests anymore.

 

Any mention of other online hookah communities or forums will be encouraged and are grounds for an immediate promotion to moderator.
